- The envelope containing the application should be superscribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON” for Peon post and “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CHOWKIDAR” for Chowkidar post.

- The “No Objection Certificate” is required for candidates already in Government Service.
- Candidates applying for the post of Peon and Chowkidar shall submit a self-declaration regarding their educational qualification stating that “I have not passed HSSLC or equivalent examination and I shall be liable for criminal prosecution for submission / detection of my false educational qualification.”
