Educational Qualification:

• Valid GATE score in EC (Electronics & Communication) or CS (Computer Science) – 2023, 2024, or 2025.

• B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, IT, or Computer Science/Engineering, OR
• M.Sc. in Electronics, Computer Science, Physics (with Electronics), or MCA from a recognized University/Institute.

• Pay: Level-7 in Pay Matrix ₹44,900–1,42,400 with admissible Central Government allowances.​
• Special Allowances: Special Security Allowance @ 20% of basic pay; cash compensation in lieu of duty on holidays subject to a ceiling of 30 days.

• The expected in-hand salary for IB ACIO Grade II/Tech ranges between ₹70,000 and ₹82,000 per month, depending on city classification, with the highest being in metro cities.
