What After SBI PO Mains Result 2025?

Candidates who qualify in the SBI PO Mains Examination (Phase-II) will be shortlisted for the next stage – Phase-III, which is the final stage of the SBI PO selection process. The Phase-III will consist of the following rounds:

1. Psychometric Test: The Bank will first conduct a Psychometric Test to evaluate the personality profile of shortlisted candidates. The findings from this test will be shared with the interview panel to help assess candidates more effectively during the interaction.
2. Group Exercise (GE): After the psychometric test, candidates will participate in a Group Exercise, where their teamwork, communication skills, and leadership qualities will be evaluated. (Maximum Marks: 20)
3. Personal Interview (PI): The Interview round will assess a candidate’s overall personality, professional knowledge, and decision-making skills. (Maximum Marks: 30)

• After all three rounds, the marks obtained in Phase-II (Main Examination) and Phase-III (Group Exercise & Interview) will be normalised to 100 marks (75 from Mains + 25 from GE & Interview).

• The final merit list will be prepared based on the aggregate normalised scores from these two phases.

• Final Selection: Candidates who rank high in the final merit list will be considered for appointment as Probationary Officers (POs) in the State Bank of India, subject to document verification and medical fitness.
